Pictured left are some of the 17 Borger pumps slated for delivery to a water treatment plant in South Australia. These pumps are used in a wide range of applications due to their wide range of materials, dry running ability and ease of maintenance to list a few. For more information of this project feel free to contact us. [Click picture to enlarge]
Two Wheatley Gaso pumps were constructed for use on the North Queensland Gas Pipeline Project. With a capacity of almost 3,000 kg/hour of TEG at a pressure of 15,660 kpag these are often highly suitable for use in the petroleum/refining idustries. This triplex piston pump is belt driven by a 18.5kW 6Pole motor. If you are interested in this type of application and would like further information please contact us. [Click picture to enlarge]
Pictured left are specially designed B70V-SR Lutz Eccentric Screw Pumps. Normally these pumps are 1100mm in length, However to accomodate our clients application these tubes are only 500mm in length from the outlet port making them extremely easy to carry and setup. These particular pumps are powered via Lutz MD-1 Air motors which are also very light and easy to manage. The tubes are generally used for viscous liquids ranging from 1 to 40,000cP. Process Pumps was approached by client who has a product requiring emulsification. It was then decided that a complete package should be made to accomodate the clients needs. Pictured left is a jacketed tank complete with emulsifer (made by Process Pumps) with feeder slot and pump suction line. The tank has dual split lids for easy access to the inside of the tank.[Click photo to enlarge]

Past Projects

To the left you can see one of two Magnatex pumps recently sold by Process Pumps for use in the gas & fuel industry. These heavy duty seal-less pumps are ideal for use in demanding applications. Note the centreline mounting position due to the high heat load of this application. [Click picture to enlarge]

Process Pumps is please to say that our unique Flotronic 'One-nut' double diaphragm pumps are receiving an excellent response from many industries. Feedback has been very positive with particular praise being directed at their quiet operation and ease of cleaning and maintenance. If you would like a demonstration of the 'one-nut' pumps capabilities please contact any of the sales staff at Process Pumps. Pictured left is a small sample of 30+ pumps sold to a major Australian chemical manufacturer. [Click picture to enlarge]

Process Pumps is now please to announce our ability to manufacture light and heavy duty emulsifiers for many applications. Picutred left is the latest top entry style emulsifier to be manufactured in our Boronia factory. This unit is powered by an 11kW Leroy Somer variable speed drive motor to allow the operators to select the best operarting speed. This unit is constructed from 316 Stainless Steel. For more information regarding mixers and emulsifiers please contact the sales staff at Process Pumps. [Click picture to enlarge]

Process Pumps was required to construct a specialised mixer for pharmaceutical application. The mixer required a halar coated shaft and blades and a dry running mechanical seal. The mixer was mounted on a carbon fibre reinforced polypropylene tank.

A cooling tower maintenance company required reaplcement water circulator pumps to replace their ageing centrifugals. This long coupled Davey ISO spec pump needed a strong baseplate to support the pump and 75kW motor. [Click picture to enlarge]

A client was looking for a reliable method of pumping a liquid at varying viscosities. At times the liquid was quite thin, and at others quite thick. The differential pressure was also approx. 9 Bar. Process Pumps was able to supply 2 pumps from our Liquiflo gear pump range. [Click picture to enlarge]

A major chemical manufactuer approached Process Pumps requiring a solution to preventing a defoamer from thickening on standing. An agitator was unsuitable for the application so we designed a air operated diaphragm pump skid complete with a 24 hour/7 day timer to provide consistent product turnover. [Click picture to enlarge]
A client approached Process Pumps requiring a new pump for used, clean oil. The process required a pump that could produce pressures up to 20 Bar and flow rates above 50 litres/min. This magnetic drive Kraal screw pump was the ideal selection for this appication. [Click picture to enlarge]

Process Pumps recently finshed putting together this GRP fibreglass pump. The pump is mounted on an all 316 Stainless Steel baseplate (manufactured by Process Pumps). The pump is coupled to 2.2kW motor and is fitted with double 'back to back' mechanical seals. [Click picture to enlarge]

A labelling factory in Hong Kong required pumps that could deliver a flow with an accuracy of 0.5%. For this application Liquiflo gear pumps were selected complete with control panels and flow meters. The main factors for these pumps is there accuracy, reliability, and ease of maintenance.
