5 Tank Process Skid
This project demonstrates and combines various disciplines into one package; fabrication, pumps, mixers, and tanks.
Our client required a single prepackaged skid with five Stainless Steel tanks, four of which required mixers. Four pumps then combine the compounds in each tank (1 Liquiflo gear pump, 3 Bredel hose pumps) and discharge the end combination into the last tank. The finished compound is then pumped to the next process via a Flotronic air operated diaphragm pump.
